Direct answer: A producer with no establishment in France can, since 10 July 2026, appoint an authorised representative established in France for the obligations attached to extended producer responsibility (French Environment Code, article L. 541-10-9-1). You sell to customers in France from Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States or China. Every plan includes: an authorised representative established in France, registration with the eco-organisation of each category, your unique identifier (IDU), the annual declaration prepared from the volumes you provide, a written mandate accepted online, and e-mail support. How it works, in four screens
- Your country and your marketplaces. Two fields.
- Your categories. Tick what you place on the French market; the plan follows from the number of categories (1 → Starter, 2–3 → Pro, 4–6 → Complete). Monthly or annual.
- Payment and mandate. Card or SEPA on Stripe, then the mandate text with a time-stamped tick box.
- Your documents. Company registration extract, tax or VAT number, a contact person. Then we register you and send the identifiers as the eco-organisations issue them.

What is a French EPR authorised representative?
A person or company established in France that a producer established abroad appoints, by written mandate, to carry out the registration, declaration and payment steps of extended producer responsibility (REP) in France. The French law of 8 July 2026 (article L. 541-10-9-1 of the Code de l'environnement) opened this possibility on 10 July 2026. The producer chooses the categories; the representative joins the eco-organisations and files.
How much does MyEPR cost?
Starter: one category, €29 a month or €249 a year paid upfront. Pro: up to three categories, €59 a month or €590 a year. Complete: up to six categories, €89 a month or €890 a year, then €12 a month per additional category up to eight. Every plan is a 12-month plan with no setup fee. The eco-contributions invoiced by the eco-organisations are separate and are paid to them.
Which number do I get, and for which marketplace?
After registration with the eco-organisation of each category, the producer receives a unique identifier (IDU, often called EPR number or UIN by marketplaces), format FRxxxxxx_xx, one per category. Amazon.fr, eBay, Cdiscount and Etsy ask for it in their compliance screens; we send it to you as soon as the eco-organisation issues it. We do not state how long an eco-organisation takes.
How is the mandate signed?
Online, after payment: you tick a time-stamped box on the mandate text (version v1 of 15 October 2026), REP·Pro records the acceptance, and the mandate is countersigned. You can read the full text on /mandate/ before paying.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card and SEPA direct debit, for the monthly and the annual plan, through Stripe. Online payment opens when REP·Pro switches the till on; until then the payment screen says so and nothing is charged. The price is published and nothing else is charged.
